    Description

This service request supports an AI-assisted prototype that gives residents clear, timely civil protection and emergency guidance by telephone, particularly residents who do not use mobile apps. The work covers prototype development, integration into the participating municipalities’ telephone systems, testing, and piloting in four Lithuanian municipalities. Residents’ information needs are central to the proposed service.

The opportunity is part of Govtech4all 2.0, an EU-funded govtech incubator delivering eight digital government pilots, including reuse of existing digital solutions and startup challenges. It operates within the Interoperable Europe GovTech Incubator framework. This is a cascade funding call: the EU-funded project itself awards and pays the support. The procurement is conducted as an open design contest.
