    Description

These three national calls support small and medium-sized grassroots civil society organisations (CSOs) addressing gender-based violence against women, girls and children in Italy, Greece and Spain. Funding is awarded and paid by CoPower, a European Commission-funded project under CERV-2025-DAPHNE, implemented by Oxfam Italia ETS, Action Aid Hellas, Asociación Bienestar y Desarolloa and We World-GVC.

The calls fund two workstreams: tailored protection and support services, including safe houses and medical and psychological assistance, and prevention of and responses to harmful practices. Projects must address survivors’ intersecting needs and barriers to equal access, with child protection and gender mainstreaming integral to proposals. Priorities include accessible protection systems, awareness-raising, stronger legal frameworks and education for communities at risk.
