    Description

The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) manages this Justice Programme call. It funds transnational training of justice professionals on EU civil and commercial law, criminal law, fundamental rights and the rule of law. It also supports training activities and tools for training providers to roll out nationally, in line with the European Judicial Training Strategy 2025–2030.

A major priority is digitalisation: digital and AI literacy, digital cross-border procedures, responsible use of AI, and leadership of digital transitions. Supported activities include practical seminars, professional exchanges, study visits, training materials combined with training activities, train-the-trainer tools and training-network coordination. The intended results include stronger professional competence, mutual trust in cross-border cooperation, and better coordination between EU-funded and national training.
