    Description

This Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action funds trans-national access, on-site or remote, and virtual access to complementary research infrastructures. Run by the European Commission under Bridging actions 2027, it targets industry users—particularly SMEs, startups and scaleups—and academic users collaborating with industry. The main focus is access to existing services, supported by user training and scientific and technical assistance.

Projects should make infrastructure services easier to find and use through a single-entry access portal, interoperable service catalogues and converging access procedures. Short-term service development and customisation are supported when services become available during the project and their long-term sustainability is ensured. Expected outcomes include a broader industrial user base, leading-edge research, and training attentive to early-career researchers and innovators and those from widening countries.
