Description
This European Commission action-grant call supports employees’ involvement in company decisions through information, consultation and participation. Managed by the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion under the Social Prerogatives and Specific Competencies Lines (SOCPL), it promotes awareness and application of EU employee-involvement law, particularly the establishment and effective functioning of European Works Councils.
Projects should address one or a limited number of topical challenges through European-level and transnational cooperation between social partners. Priorities include gender-balanced European Works Councils, workers’ involvement in restructuring, dispute prevention and resolution, climate-neutral transitions, and digital transformation—including artificial intelligence’s effects on work organisation and conditions. Fundable activities include training, manuals, good-practice exchanges, transnational quantitative or qualitative analysis, and dissemination designed to produce lasting, EU-wide systemic impact.
