Summary: Supports Polish civil society organisations advancing EU rights, democratic values, rule of law, dialogue, transparency and good governance.
Key Information: Leaders and partners may receive only one grant across all SPLOT WARTOŚCI 2.0 calls.
SPLOT WARTOŚCI 2.0 awards large grants to civil society organisations registered and based in Poland through the EU’s Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programme. This is cascade funding: the EU-funded project’s operator consortium selects recipients, awards grants and pays the funding itself. The call aims to strengthen organisations’ capacity and resilience to protect fundamental rights, democracy and the rule of law, including where civic space is shrinking.
Supported work includes rights-awareness campaigns, civic dialogue platforms, coalitions, free advice, policy monitoring, advocacy, research and analysis informing policy, and targeted support services. Projects should increase civil society’s public participation and influence in decision-making while promoting dialogue, transparency and good governance. Activities may be local, regional or nationwide, but must take place exclusively in Poland.
