Description
The AFCEA Educational Foundation funds European chapters to bring innovative science, technology, engineering and mathematics learning opportunities into classrooms, with an emphasis on elementary academic programs. Chapters identify a community need and propose a program to address it through direct support for students or teachers.
Supported work may include equipment and classroom materials, extracurricular activities such as robotics or cyber clubs, science fairs, or a combination of these approaches. The foundation makes summaries of programs implemented by other chapters available as ideas, and chapters may contact it for advice.
