Description
This program aims to expand access to arts funding throughout Indiana by supporting community-based creative projects in counties with limited prior access to state arts resources. Through an invitation-only process, the Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) identifies local organizations, public entities, and stakeholders in targeted counties to receive both funding and technical support for arts initiatives. The goal is to foster artistic engagement, cultural pride, and creative expression in underserved communities, while offering a straightforward application and participation process.
