--- ## Description The Expand Energy STEM Grants program, administered by the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley, provides mini-grants to K-12 public school teachers in Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, and Wetzel counties (West Virginia). The program is designed to support innovative and creative classroom projects that incorporate STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) concepts and are not funded by standard school budgets. Projects may range from new, formative ideas to fully developed models ready for broad adoption.
