The Explorers Club Teaching Fellowship is designed to send K-12 classroom teachers from the United States, Canada, and Mexico on immersive, two-week expeditions alongside scientists, conservationists, and professionals from diverse fields. Fellows become full expedition team members, gaining hands-on field experience and professional development. After their expedition, fellows serve as ambassadors by hosting local explorers at their schools and developing lesson plans based on their experiences, helping to shape educational outreach within The Explorers Club and beyond. The program aims to foster explorer-educators who can inspire the next generation of students with authentic stories of scientific inquiry and adventure.
