--- ## Description The Express Program, part of the Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) administered by Commonwealth Corporation, offers Massachusetts businesses rapid, streamlined access to grant-funded, just-in-time training for employees. This program is designed to help employers respond quickly to changing conditions, address workforce skill gaps, and support business competitiveness through a dynamic course directory and a simple six-step application process.
