The Facing Change: Nonprofit Effectiveness Grant Program is designed to empower small and grassroots nonprofit organizations based in Worcester, Massachusetts. The grant supports one-time, internal capacity-building projects that strengthen an organization’s operations and long-term impact. Eligible uses include governance, leadership development, financial planning, organizational assessments, marketing, and infrastructure improvements.
