Description
This grant program is designed to help small and grassroots nonprofit organizations in Worcester strengthen their internal operations and organizational effectiveness. Funding supports one-time capacity-building projects in areas such as governance, leadership development, financial planning, marketing, organizational assessment, and infrastructure upgrades. The goal is to build a strong internal foundation for community-serving nonprofits, enabling more sustainable programming and greater community impact.
