Description
Campus Compact’s Faculty Development opportunities, including the Engaged Scholars Initiative (ESI), are designed to support faculty and professional staff in higher education who are committed to community-engaged teaching, research, and partnerships. The ESI is a year-long, cohort-based leadership and professional development program focused on strengthening community-engaged scholarship, fostering civic engagement, and building professional networks. Through a blend of virtual meetings, in-person retreats, and collaborative projects, participants deepen their skills, expand their impact, and contribute to the advancement of equity-centered, public-purpose scholarship.
