Description
This opportunity provides financial support to pre-tenure, benefits-eligible Harvard faculty who are experiencing significant work/life or personal and family challenges that could impede their research or professional advancement. The grant is intended to help faculty overcome temporary obstacles—such as additional dependent care needs, disruptive personal circumstances, or the need for extra research personnel—so they can continue progressing in their academic careers.
