Description
The Faculty Development & Immersion Program is led by the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) and funded by The Club Foundation. It strengthens faculty understanding of the private club industry and enhances hospitality curricula, helping educators prepare and inspire the next generation of club leaders. The initiative connects faculty development with the Foundation’s commitment to supporting the full career lifecycle of club professionals.
The program combines support for travel and participation in CMAA events with access to club-focused research and teaching materials. Participants can also connect with CMAA’s Faculty Member Interest Group, guest lecturers, and industry mentors. These resources and relationships are intended to enrich university hospitality education while providing continued opportunities for faculty professional growth.
