Through a competitive, merit-based process, selected faculty gain access to club-focused research and teaching materials, mentorship from industry professionals, guest lecturer introductions, and connections with CMAA’s Faculty Member Interest Group. The program aims to foster professional growth and academic contributions to the club industry by providing immersive experiences and resources that benefit both teaching and research.
