Description
The Faculty Development Scheme (FDS) is designed to strengthen the research capabilities of individual academic staff at Hong Kong's local self-financing degree-awarding institutions. By funding research projects that contribute to knowledge advancement and teaching innovation, the scheme encourages faculty to integrate research findings into their educational practices. The FDS aims to promote a vibrant research culture and support the professional growth of academic staff, enabling the transfer of research experience directly into classrooms.
