Funding Amounts: Up to $8,500 per fellow for research expenses; $10,000 teaching offset to department/college; $500/year for three years post-fellowship for reporting.

The Cornell Center for Social Sciences (CCSS) Faculty Fellows Program supports promising faculty in the social sciences at Cornell University by providing a semester in residence, free from teaching and administrative responsibilities, to focus on high-impact research. The program fosters intellectual exchange, professional development, and interdisciplinary collaboration through regular meetings and a vibrant scholarly community. Fellows receive research funding and teaching offset support, with the aim of nurturing academic careers and advancing innovative social science scholarship.
