Description
The Faculty Professional Development Funds at Hobart and William Smith Colleges are intended to reimburse eligible faculty for expenses related to professional development activities during each academic year. These activities may include attending conferences, workshops, trainings, or other professional learning opportunities that foster faculty growth. The program is administered by the Office of Academic and Faculty Affairs (OAFA), which seeks to provide equitable access to development resources for faculty members. Funding is provided on a reimbursement basis and is subject to availability.
