The Faculty Research Travel Fund (FRTF) at Western Michigan University provides financial support to faculty members traveling to meetings of professional organizations. Its purpose is to help WMU faculty disseminate the results of their scholarly, research, or creative activities through presentations, exhibitions, or performances. Eligible expenses include transportation, lodging, meals, and registration fees when faculty are presenting original or applied research or exhibiting creative works. The fund is administered by the Office of Research and Innovation, in coordination with the Research Policies Council.
