    Description

The Faculty Sabbatical Fellows program at Princeton University’s University Center for Human Values (UCHV) provides additional research time for associate and full professors whose scholarship has an explicit connection to human values, broadly defined. It supports ongoing scholarship and new, exploratory work by extending a regular one-semester sabbatical to a full academic year.

The Center welcomes research within disciplines, at their margins, and across disciplinary intersections. It values diverse perspectives, viewpoints, and experiences and seeks fellows who would both benefit from and contribute to its intellectual community. Selection considers the intrinsic merits of the proposed research alongside the candidate’s potential to engage with UCHV’s activities during the fellowship year and in future years.
