The Faculty Success Program, administered by Tulane University in partnership with the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD), provides tuition support for tenure-track and tenured Tulane faculty to join a 10-week, online, research productivity and faculty development bootcamp. The program offers expert coaching, structured peer support, and practical strategies to help faculty develop sustainable writing habits, increase research output, and achieve a healthier work–life balance. Participants engage in weekly training modules, small group coaching, and accountability activities, with the goal of advancing their professional growth and personal well-being.
