The Faculty Roundtable Program at Williams College is designed to foster collaboration, collegiality, and sustained scholarly or creative engagement among faculty. Each semester, up to twelve faculty members are selected and organized into informal groups of four. These groups meet at least six times during the semester (or summer) to discuss and offer feedback on each member's works in progress. The program encourages both the advancement of individual scholarship and the development of supportive, lasting professional relationships.
