This grant supports state and local REALTOR® association initiatives that promote fair housing, encourage partnerships with community organizations, and develop or enhance systems, programs, and policies advancing equal homeownership opportunities. The aim is to deepen REALTORS®’ commitment to providing equal service, expand fair housing education and advocacy, and address barriers to equitable housing. Funding is available for a broad range of activities, from educational events and speaker series to community outreach and collaborative projects with local fair housing agencies or nonprofits.
