Description
The Fairview Trust, administered by the Oregon Community Foundation, funds initiatives to improve housing access and advocacy for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) in Oregon. The Trust aims to create and sustain integrated, affordable, and accessible housing, with a particular focus on Universal Design, community integration, and protecting essential public supports. There are two main funding tracks for 2026: Advocacy (focused on public policy and systems change) and Integrated Housing (focused on capital projects for new or renovated housing).
