Description
The Society for Music Theory (SMT) offers the Family Care Grant to help members cover additional family care costs caused by attending its Annual Meeting. The program supports conference participation rather than research or project work, providing a limited number of grants toward care expenses that arise because of meeting attendance.
These grants are made possible in part by donations to the SMT-Forward campaign. The support is financial only: SMT does not provide, arrange, or recommend any specific family care services. Applicants explain their care circumstances and identify the expenses for which they seek assistance.
