Description
This opportunity from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), funds the implementation of Family Support Programs across Pennsylvania. The initiative focuses on delivering community-based, high-quality, evidence-based home visiting (EBHV) services. The primary aim is to strengthen family well-being and child development, ensuring that all 67 counties in Pennsylvania maintain at least one Family Support Program. These programs are intended to improve family health, increase school readiness and success, enhance economic well-being, prevent child abuse and neglect, and promote positive parenting through coordinated, accessible services.
