Description
This program funds Family-to-Family Health Information Centers (F2F HICs) to deliver information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to families of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and the professionals who serve them. The goal is to help CYSHCN and their families better navigate complex systems, access necessary services, and ultimately improve health and well-being.
