Description
The Fanny Holt Ames and Edna Louise Holt Fund supports nonprofit organizations addressing the health and medical needs of Grafton, Vermont, and surrounding towns. The Fund prioritizes programs serving populations with limited access to health resources and those that demonstrate a broad, lasting impact on community health. In addition to traditional health and medical initiatives, the Fund also supports projects targeting housing as a social determinant of health. Grants are awarded annually and administered by Health Resources in Action on behalf of the Bank of America, N.A., Trustee.
