Description
The Royal Society’s Faraday Discovery Fellowships provide significant, long-term funding for outstanding mid-career researchers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to lead ambitious, transformative research in the UK. Each fellowship supports a Principal Investigator (PI) to establish and develop an internationally leading research group, tackle challenging scientific questions, and nurture the next generation of research leaders. The scheme is designed to attract and retain top talent, foster diversity, and promote high-quality, original research without thematic restrictions.
