Description
The Faculty Aide Program (FAP) at Harvard University provides support to members of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) for hiring undergraduate research assistants. The program is designed to foster undergraduate participation in research while facilitating faculty research projects. Funding is provided as a wage-sharing arrangement, with the Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships (URAF) matching faculty/department contributions up to a specified limit.
