Description
The Faculty Aide Program (FAP) at Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) provides funding for faculty to hire undergraduate research assistants. The program is designed to foster research collaboration and enhance undergraduate research skills by supporting closely supervised research assistantships. Funding is provided through a cost-sharing arrangement between the faculty member and the Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships (URAF), enabling faculty to advance their research and undergraduates to gain valuable experience.
