Description
The Biswas Family Foundation’s Fast Grants provide quick, flexible support for researchers exploring ideas at the intersection of AI and health. Projects may train or evaluate models on biomedical data, assemble datasets for clinical or biological insight, build AI tools or agents for scientists, or run pilot experiments that de-risk larger projects. Support can cover resources that are difficult to obtain through traditional grants, including compute, model-training credits, dataset access, and research assistance.
The foundation is particularly interested in AI-driven diagnostics and prediction, personalized therapeutics, and autonomous research. Examples include cardiology, stroke prevention, metabolic disease, cancer early detection, phage therapy, cancer immunotherapy, AI scientists, and epidemiology. Projects outside these areas are welcome if modest, fast support could accelerate an AI- or data-driven path toward a health breakthrough.
