Description
The Forum on Diversity and Inclusion (FDI) of the American Physical Society (APS) offers the Disability Travel Supplement to support individuals with disabilities in attending the APS Global Physics Summit. The program provides supplemental funds to help cover additional costs incurred due to disability, such as interpreters, transcribers, screen-reading or transcription technology, mobility aids, extra transportation, and hotel accommodations for caregivers. The goal is to make APS meetings more accessible and inclusive for all members.
