Description
The Vermont Housing and Conservation Board (VHCB) provides feasibility awards to help project sponsors assess individual projects before development. Funding can support appraisals, engineering and environmental studies, options, energy assessments, marketing studies, and other pre-development costs.
For conservation projects, these awards help grantees obtain the contracted services needed to bring a project to the development stage. VHCB’s broader work advances affordable housing and conservation with lasting benefits for Vermonters.
