Description
The South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA) offers this non-dilutive grant to South Carolina-based startups that have received federal grants focused on technology commercialization. An SBIR/STTR Phase I award is one example. The grant helps companies continue product development while pursuing additional federal funding.
The program is part of SCRA’s grant funding for Member Companies. That funding is supported in part by contributions to the Industry Partnership Fund, which SCRA describes as a means of generating economic impact and jobs in South Carolina.
