Description
Artist Trust’s Fellowship Awards are merit-based, unrestricted grants of $10,000 given annually to at least eight practicing professional artists of exceptional talent and dedication residing in Washington State. The program recognizes artistic excellence across all disciplines and includes several named fellowships for Black artists, visual artists, trans* and Indigiqueer artists, and Native artists. Recipients are selected by a multidisciplinary panel of artists who review applications through a lens of racial equity, geographic diversity, and a range of artistic practices. The awards honor both the excellence and the sustained commitment of artists to their craft.
