Fellows, known as Members, join a vibrant interdisciplinary community and gain access to IAS resources, including office space, libraries, subsidized dining, and housing. About half of the fellows participate in the annual theme seminar, while the rest pursue independent research projects. The fellowship is designed to foster advanced research and intellectual exchange in a collaborative environment.
