Description
The Female Administrator Enhancement Grant is a scholarship program offered through a partnership between NCAA Division III and Women Leaders in Sports. It supports professional development that enhances the role of Senior Woman Administrators (SWAs) and other female administrators working in Division III. Participants receive support to attend Women Leaders professional development opportunities.
These programs help participants expand their professional community and develop the skills and competencies needed for individual growth and advancement in the field. They also aim to give participants a renewed sense of preparedness and clarity as they pursue their professional goals. Supported opportunities include the On The Rise Summit, the Emerging Women in Sports Leadership Summit and the Accelerator Summit.
