Description
The Female Administrator Enhancement Grant aims to strengthen the role of Senior Woman Administrators (SWAs) and female administrators within NCAA Division III by providing scholarships for high-impact professional development. Through a partnership with Women Leaders in Sports, recipients can attend select leadership programs such as the Institute for Administrative Advancement, Leadership Enhancement Institute, or Executive Institute. These programs are designed to help participants expand their professional networks, develop leadership skills, and support career advancement in intercollegiate athletics.
