Description
The Female Administrator Enhancement Grant is designed to advance the professional development of Senior Woman Administrators and other female administrators at NCAA Division III institutions. Through a partnership with Women Leaders in Sports, this grant provides recipients with the opportunity to attend premier leadership programs such as the Institute for Administrative Advancement, the Leadership Enhancement Institute, or the Executive Institute. The grant covers tuition, lodging, meals, and travel, helping participants expand their professional networks, acquire essential leadership skills, and prepare for career advancement in collegiate athletics administration.
