Description
The Female Science Talents Intensive Track is a year-long Falling Walls programme supported by the Elsevier Foundation. It selects 20 early-career scientists across academic disciplines for workshops, mentoring, peer exchange, and high-level events in Berlin. The programme aims to increase participants’ research visibility, strengthen international connections, and help them explore paths toward leadership.
Participants share their work through the Falling Walls Community and join online sessions on topics including leadership, entrepreneurship, science communication, and pitching. The programme also connects them with peers, role models, and women leaders in academia, business, and politics.
