The FENS/IBRO-PERC Early Career Training Programme (ECTP) provides early career researchers (ECRs) in neuroscience the opportunity to participate in a short, focused 2–3 week laboratory stay at a host lab in Spain or Portugal prior to the FENS Forum. The program is designed to offer hands-on research experience, training in new techniques, exposure to different research environments, and opportunities to network with both senior and junior scientists. Participants will engage in collaborative projects, learn new data analysis pipelines, and experience diverse working cultures to enhance professional development and foster future international collaborations.
