Description
The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism offers this grant through Arkansas Tourism to help small cities and communities promote festivals and events despite limited advertising budgets. It funds advertising for recurring annual festivals that are open to the public at no charge.
Eligible expenses are advertising purchased between July 1, 2027, and June 30, 2028, including magazine, newspaper, radio, television, online, poster, flyer, and billboard advertising. The grant does not cover festival supplies, clothing, resale items, vendor contracts, or other nonadvertising expenses.
