Description
Established in 2016, the Community Foundation of Mendocino County’s Field-of-Interest Grant Program brings together individual funds supporting particular subjects, geographic areas, or both. The program is offered annually, with participating funds and priorities set through annual guidelines. Not every fund participates every year.
The 2026 program supports arts and culture; children and youth; disaster relief, recovery, and resilience; economic development; the environment; and healthy and inclusive communities. Its interests range from arts education and workforce readiness to habitat restoration, disaster preparedness, and access to basic needs and health services. Grants support local projects and initiatives that advance these donor-defined interests and contribute to vibrant, inclusive, healthy, and resilient communities throughout Mendocino County.
