Description
The First Movers Fellowship is a flagship initiative of the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program, designed to empower business leaders who are committed to advancing inclusive, equitable, and resilient systems within their organizations and industries. The fellowship provides a structured, year-long experience that combines innovation, reflection, leadership development, and community-building through three intensive seminars. Participants join a global network of "corporate social intrapreneurs"—innovators who drive positive change from within companies—gaining access to resources, peer support, and tools to help translate their values into meaningful, lasting impact. The program aims to foster long-term transformation at the intersection of business and society.
