Description
The First Movers Fellowship, offered by the Aspen Institute's Business & Society Program, is a year-long professional development opportunity for business leaders committed to making a positive impact at the intersection of business and society. The fellowship provides a unique environment for accomplished innovators—often referred to as "corporate social intrapreneurs"—to deepen their leadership capacity and drive organizational and societal change. Through three intensive seminars and ongoing engagement, fellows gain practical tools, connections, and reflective space to translate their values into lasting change within and beyond their organizations.
