Description
The First Time Homebuyer Program (FTHB), administered by Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC), helps first-time buyers purchase a home by assisting with down payments and closing costs. KHRC works with participating lenders across Kansas to deliver assistance to homebuyers with income at or below 80% of their area’s median income. The program is federally funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
