Description
First Financial Northwest Foundation supports work that improves quality of life in the Greater Renton Area by investing in residents of today and tomorrow. Its broad areas of support include not-for-profit community groups, education, healthcare, community development, and other charitable purposes. These categories are not ranked in order of importance.
Established in 2007 by First Financial Northwest Inc., the foundation partners with Renton Regional Community Foundation (RRCF) to administer one portion of its grantmaking through donor-advised funds. These grants generally support requests from the Greater Renton community. The foundation defines the Greater Renton Area as the combined City of Renton and Renton School District service areas.
