Description
This opportunity provides funding to improve the health of medically underserved communities and populations by supporting the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality preventive and primary health care services across the United States and its territories. The program is part of the annual Service Area Competition (SAC) under the Health Center Program. Each SAC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) announces specific service areas available for competition as listed in the Service Area Announcement Table (SAAT). Additional service areas may be announced throughout the year if an awarded health center cannot continue to provide services in its funded area.
