Description
The Health Resources and Services Administration’s FY 2027 Health Center Program Service Area Competition (SAC) supports delivery of comprehensive, high-quality preventive and primary health care in medically underserved communities and populations across the United States and its territories. The program aims to improve health by funding services in areas available for competition.
Available service areas are announced in the Service Area Announcement Table (SAAT) for each SAC notice. HRSA may announce additional areas during the year through a Service Area Competition–Additional Area (SAC-AA) if an awarded health center cannot continue providing services in its funded area.
