Description
The Fletcher Community Fund, established in 1990, is a component fund of Community Foundation of Henderson County. It supports cultural, educational, historic, and civic enrichment for the Town of Fletcher in Henderson County, North Carolina. Grants are recommended by an advisory committee of Fletcher residents and generally support specific projects rather than ongoing organizational operations.
For 2026, the committee prioritizes projects celebrating Fletcher’s unique character, history, and culture. Supported programming may include events, classes, festivals, and art exhibits. Although these activities may also benefit people outside Fletcher, the advisors prefer Fletcher to remain both the topic and host of the work.
