The FlexTech Program (PON 4192) provides cost-shared technical assistance to help New York State commercial, industrial, institutional, and multifamily building owners and operators identify and evaluate opportunities for clean energy investment and energy efficiency improvements. Through a partnership with NYSERDA-qualified consultants or a consultant of the applicant's choosing, participants receive site-specific studies and actionable recommendations to reduce energy consumption, cut costs, and advance decarbonization goals. The program is designed to inform capital planning, support clean energy projects, and enable strategic energy management decisions. Note: the program funds technical assistance studies only and does not provide cost-share for implementation of recommended measures.
