Description
The Focused Investigator Training (FIT) Program is an intensive, hands-on 5-day workshop designed to help experienced clinical pharmacy investigators improve the competitiveness of their investigator-initiated grant applications, especially for NIH and other major funding agencies. Participants work closely with seasoned mentors to refine research aims, critically assess professional research goals, and strengthen proposals in line with reviewer expectations. The program includes group and one-on-one mentoring, proposal development sessions, and targeted lectures, culminating in significant progress toward a fundable grant application.
