The Beaver Dam Area Community Foundation (BDACF) offers two grant cycles to support organizations serving Dodge County. A regional affiliate of the Fond du Lac Area Foundation, BDACF uses unrestricted funds awarded by its Advisory Board to support programs most likely to improve quality of life for as many people as possible.
The foundation favors practical solutions to community problems, cooperation among agencies, and projects that encourage people to participate in problem solving. Volunteer involvement and efforts to strengthen an agency’s effectiveness or stability are also priorities. The program focuses on local community benefit rather than scholarly research.
