Description
The Fori and Robert Kay Undergraduate Research and Creative Collaboration Fund at Brandeis University aims to broaden participation in undergraduate research by helping students afford research and creative collaboration opportunities. Through the URCC Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships, it supports undergraduate projects undertaken with a Brandeis faculty mentor across all disciplines.
Fellows dedicate intensive effort to their projects for seven to ten weeks during the summer and participate in the summer community of Brandeis undergraduate researchers. The program brings research and creative work into the same fellowship framework, with faculty mentorship supporting students’ project development and execution. Awardees share their work with the Brandeis community through an end-of-summer project summary and a presentation at the URCC Symposium.
